Work Flow
1. Initial Site Visit/ Survey/ Consultation
Site visit is conducted to better understand the site condition and determine the scope of work to be done. Upon completing the initial site analysis and consultation, the team will then establish a good grasp of the requirements and solutions needed.
2. Concept and Design Development
After gathering the requirements and expectations, our team will begin generating, evaluating, and presenting the concepts in a proposal. The proposal shall present visual depiction and written specifications work together — with the plans focusing on what to be done.
3. Final Design and Cost Estimation
We will convert a preliminary plan into a detailed plan. A detailed plan will be presented to clients, together with the project materials and cost estimation. At that point of time, the client should have a complete picture of what the project should achieve.
4. Contract Acceptance and Confirmation
Once the final design is accepted and confirmed, the contract will be drafted and sent to clients in written format, along with deliverables to seal the deal.
